  压滤机入料专用泵的技术特性和创新点。随着国内洗煤行业的开展,500万t/年至1200万t/年的洗煤厂逐步增加,各种洗煤设备设计参数也随之变大,其中压滤机用渣浆泵呈现入料流量300m3/h,保压0.8MPa的请求,我单位现有的压滤机泵无法满足该参数,只能采用大泵替代。因而为了满足市场需求,经研讨决议开发压滤机专用泵。
 
 
  创新点:
 
  1、思索到该工业泵为压滤机专用泵,在设计叶轮型线的时分,我们采用大包角设计,使泵的清水性能曲线更陡,这样泵在入料阶段到保压阶段流质变化过程中,可以使压力快速上升,到达保压状态,更适用于压滤机的工况请求;
 
  2、压滤机入料泵请求入料时流量大,该泵设计入口大,保证流量请求的同时有效进步了工业泵入料时的效率,降低流速,从而降低介质对泵的磨损;且将叶轮的流道设计为窄流道,保证流量不会过大,防止烧毁电机。
 
  技术特性:
 
  1、护套及护板配合处加厚,耐磨性更好,寿命更长;
 
  2、叶轮型线包角加大,流道窄,适用于压滤机工况;
 
  3.、渣浆泵入口大,叶轮番道窄,既进步了工业泵的流量,降低磨损,又能在入料时保证流量不会过大,从而即满足了压滤机入料请求,又维护了电机不超功率。

Considering that the industrial pump is a special pump for filter press, when designing the impeller profile, we adopt a large wrap angle design to make the clean water performance curve of the pump steeper, so that the pressure can rise rapidly and reach the pressure maintaining state in the process of flow quality change from the feeding stage to the pressure maintaining stage, which is more suitable for the working condition request of filter press;
 
  2. When the feed pump of the filter press requests feed, the flow is large, and the design inlet of the pump is large, which ensures the flow request and effectively improves the efficiency of the industrial pump when feeding, reduces the flow rate, so as to reduce the wear of the medium on the pump; and the runner of the impeller is designed as a narrow runner to ensure that the flow rate will not be too large, so as to prevent the motor from burning.
 
  Technical characteristics:
 
  1. The joint of sheath and guard board is thickened, with better wear resistance and longer service life;
 
  2. The impeller type has larger wire wrap angle and narrow flow channel, which is suitable for the working condition of filter press;
 
  3. The large inlet of the slurry pump and the narrow impeller channel not only improve the flow of the industrial pump, reduce wear, but also ensure that the flow will not be too large when feeding, so as to meet the feeding requirements of the filter press and maintain the motor power.
